Does anyone know of any examples of parking ramps with a retail component?

A couple in downtown San Diego, one in the North Park area of town... seem to be doing alright

Lots of example in Southern California - Pasadena, Santa Monica, Westwood. Also check out Boulder, where a mixed-use garage won a recent CNU Award.
