Greater Cleveland and Cincinnati share the same challenge - fighting sprawl.
"Having launched a battle to redirectstate and federal aid to older communities wea kened by suburban sprawl, leaders here are looking to Greater Cincinnati to help transform the local cause into a statewide campaign. The challenge that Greater Cleveland and Cincinnati share: reversing the decline of inner suburbs that foryears have been losing residents and businesses tonewer, booming 'edge' communities."
