Commuter Rail Or Freight In Atlanta?

Georgia wants to run it's commuter rail on the lines owned by the freight carriers. The freight carriers don't care. A recipe for disaster?
"After years of mulling new mass-transit options for Atlanta, the state of Georgia is ready to put commuter trains on the fast track. The only problem: It may be a long while before the region's largest freight railroads -- CSX Corp. and Norfolk Southern Corp. -- climb aboard."
