At last month's 4th annual Civic Entrepreneur Summit, collaboratives from all over the State--ranging from the Sierra foothills to San Diego--came together to to share and learn about how each participant's region is addressing economic development, social equity, the environment, governance reform, and citizen engagement. MIR excerpts an exchange with two prominent summit participants--Richard Hollingsworth of the Gateway Cities Partnership & Carol Whiteside with the Great Valley Center.
