Cities Should Lead Smart Growth

The Dallas News argues that cities should take the lead in 'humanizing' growth.
Americans may be growing weary of growth. As the nation's cities continue to swell and suburban commuters continue to spend more time in traffic, Americans may be warming up to the idea that government should do more to prevent urban sprawl.
