CO Growth Control Opponents Raise Record Funds

Opponents of a Colorado growth control initiative have will become the biggest initiative fund-raisers in Colorado history.
The group is fighting Amendment 24, which would require cities to adopt planning boundaries and submit them for approval to voters. Early in the campaign, the group set $3.5 million as a goal.
