Prop 35: California Architects Unite For Fair Competition

California architects want access to public-sector design projects.
"The goal of Prop 35 is to amend the state constitution to remove the prohibition against contracting out for design services and replace it with permissive language that specifically allows state and local government agencies to contract with qualified design firms."
