Fighting Obesity With Urban Planning

CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta takes a look at several New Urbanist communities changing that are encouraging walking and physical activity.
With many public health officials concerned that auto-oriented urban sprawl is contributing the nation's growing problem with obesity, neighborhoods such as Stapleton, CO are being held up as examples of walkable communities that can promote healthier living. Sidewalks are singled out as being a simple but important factor.
