After the Charette

I am on the board of a neighborhood preservation nonprofit corporation that has gone through the charette process for a couple of business districts within the neighborhood. We have the drawings and plans, support of the neighborhood citizens, and are in the process of going through the city council. Now what do we do?
Does anyone have a good source of fundraising information, how to get rid of undesirable tenants and landowners, how to attract new business, etc. We have a design plan in place, now we need to execute. Thanks!
