Japanese university adopts Lindbergh Field as a lab project and comes up with an analysis and recommendations.
"We talk about where it should be instead ofwhy and how it must be. The siting issue keeps killing off the airport that San Diego so desperately needs. No one has the cloutin San Diego to make regional decisions."
