Planetizen 2009 Guide To Graduate Planning Programs PDF License Agreement

1. This is a legal agreement between you, the purchaser, and Urban Insight, Inc. ("Urban Insight"), regarding your use of the Planetizen 2009 Guide to Graduate Urban Planning Programs (the "Guide"). By purchasing the Guide, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The PDF of the Guide provided to you by Urban Insight will be encoded with your email address.

2a. Grant of License For Individual ($24.95) version of the Guide. Urban Insight hereby grants to you (an individual) the revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and nontransferable right to install and activate the Guide solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Sharing the Guide with other individuals, or allowing other individuals to view the contents of the Guide, is in violation of this license. You may not in any way provide the Guide to multiple users, unless you have first purchased an enterprise license from Urban Insight and are acting within the scope of the institution license. The fact that the Guide is easy to copy does not make it legal to do so. Without exception, legal permission for additional users to use the Guide requires an enterprise license.

2b. Grant of License for Enterprise ($99.95) version of the Guide. Urban Insight hereby grants to you (an institution, agency or private company) the revocable, non-exclusive, and nontransferable right to install and activate the Guide for your non-commercial use. Pursuant to this license, you may share the Guide with other individuals who are employees (such as co-workers, administrator or faculty) in your organization. ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION OR NOT EMPLOYED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION, INCLUDING ANY STUDENTS AFFILIATED WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION, TO VIEW THE CONTENTS OF THE GUIDE, IS IN VIOLATION OF THIS LICENSE.

3. Copyright. The Guide is owned by Urban Insight and all content included in this book, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations is the property of Urban Insight, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Guide. You may not redistribute or publish any portion of the Guide without prior written permission from Urban Insight.

4. Acknowledgement. By downloading the PDF of the Guide, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
