33-story Tower For Houston's Greenway

A 1 million-square-foot, 33-story office tower on the Southwest Freeway in Houston's Greenway Plaza may be one of the biggest office projects in the city in years.
If the company's proceed with the development plan, the building would be built on a Crescent-owned patch of land bordered by Norfolk, Cummins, Timmons and the feeder road of the Southwest Freeway. The site is often used as a staging area for the circus and other big acts that perform in the Compaq Center.
