Metro has added telecoms to rail and air hub functions.
Atlanta's history has a lot to do with being a hub for transportation networks. Now the metro area is emerging as one of the nation's domainnt Internt hubs a well, according to a new study from the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
