'Talk of the Nation' focuses on Portland, OR, named one of the "10 most livable cities in the U.S" by Money Magazine."Oregon was the first state to pass a bottle bill, and Portland was the first city to ban styrofoam. Now, the city and the state are leading a new movement -- urban environmentalism. Many in the City of Roses say it's the reason Portland is such a nice place to live. "[Streaming Audio]
