Deer Create Airport Havoc

Deer are wandering into Humbolt County's airport runways causing risky situations for aircraft.
Aircraft collisions with deer cause expensive damage and serious threat to the safety of airline crew and passengers. "The county is pursuing permission and money from the Federal Aviation Administration to build a 10-foot fence, a process that probably will take a year."
