A Plan That Could Change Boston Forever

Some say that this civic vision plan is the most responsible planning effort that's ever come out of Boston, and it could change the city forever.
"A Civic Vision for Turnpike Air Rights in Boston" deals with healing the Massachusetts Turnpike. The highway slashes through Boston "with all the courtesy of an invading missle." If this plan is taken seriously, the document could change the city forever.
