Message To Toronto: Make Big Plans

He calls for a big, ambitious vision for the city's livability---one that would attract street performers, sponsor free concerts, ease traffic congestion, convert old warehouses to affordable housing, erect civic statues, and build fountains and gardens. In short, a "Department of Fun."

My Opinion
I love this article because its what i have been saying for the past year. Torontos city life isnt what it used to be, it has really gone down hill. Im glad someone is finally stepping up and taking the initiative to at least talk about it and get something started!
