Need help with Graduate School!

Hello,
I will be starting graduate school for City and Regional Planning this fall and wish to pursue a joint-degree with another program. I am confused what program will best fit my professional goals. I want to pursue Real Estate Development/Design after graduation. should I go after my MBA in real estate finance? Or should I go after my M.S. in structural or construction engineering? I do have my B.S. in Business with a major in Finance. Any help would be great, I'm starting pretty soon. Thanks!

Most importantly, we should acknowledge that a consensus building event forms at one time around one cluster among many interacting issues and actions. Other efforts will and should emerge around clusters of other issues and actions.

Another thought...
I just graduated with a dual degree, and I waited until I had a semester of planning school under my belt before deciding which secondary program to pursue - public administration for me. I applied in December after my first semester. You might consider taking an elective in design/engineering your first semester and then make your decision.
Good luck.
Grad School Help
I want to pursue Real Estate Development/Design after graduation.
Well, development is one thing and design is quite another. You'll have to decide which one. Development is about money (oversimplification for comment thread) and design is about, well, design (oversimplification).
MBA will help development, structural engineering will help some with design, but you'll be an engineer not a designer.
Perhaps you want to take your first quarter/semester and go over to the architecture school and see what they do. Your program should also have a design track and sit in on some of those classes as well.
Best,
