Luring New York City and Northern New Jersey workers to live in the historic community of Easton, Pennsylvania is a challenge. However, the little city located 70 miles from New York is becoming more and more attractive to those who want "low housing prices and small town living" without giving up access to the Big Apple itself. Recent condominium and townhouse development in Easton reveals that the City's plan is working, one housing unit at a time.
