New City; Virtual City Hall

The new city of Centennial, Colorado has built a city government, but they have no intention to of building a city hall.
"The visionaries behind the incorporation of Centennial hope their new government grows much the way the incorporation movement unfolded: out in the community, with a constant dialogue, and with the enthusiasm and expertise of residents motivated by community betterment, not political gain." The newly-formed city is considering a virtual city hall.
