Americans Ready To Fight Global Warming

According to a recent poll, the vast majority of Americans believe global warming exists, and are prepared to take action.
From a telephone survey of 1,200 people for the advocacy group Environmental Defense, as reported in the Chicago Sun-Times:
71 percent of Americans now say they think global warming is real and 53 percent think humans are causing it. 70 percent think it can be reduced. And 70 percent are willing to make changes in their lifestyle like walking, bicycling, taking mass transit or car pooling.
