Growth Brings Congestion To Idaho's Third Largest City

Traffic congestion is the "greatest challenge" for Meridian, Idaho, the growth of which has brought positive changes as well.
"Fair Meridian [Idaho], city of go-go development, where yesterday's beet field is today's bright new office building: What hath thy boom wrought?"
"People are flocking to Meridian, and businesses are following. Elected leaders have cause for optimism. But voters concerned about quality of life should think about what leaders say the city needs to meet the challenge of congestion."
