Cityhood For Centennial

The proposed city of Centennial would be the seventh-largest city in Colorado, and the effort has spawned new incorporation laws.
The future of 103,000 people, control over a multimillion-dollar tax base and political power in the booming suburbs in the south metro area are at stake. In the middle of the cityhood effort is a massive grass-roots movement that has spawned new incorporation laws.
