Vancouver's Top Planners Retire
10 February 2006 - 5:00am
The two planners who oversaw highly successful growth in Vancouver for 20 years are calling it quits.

In an unusual arrangement, Ann McAfee and Larry Beasley shared the job of directing city planning for most of the post-Expo 86 era that saw an explosive growth in development and immigration."
