Can Federal Heights, Colorado legislate the town's only strip club out of business?
The seven member Federal Heights City Council passed an ordiance banning under-21 patrons from entering Federal Height, Colorado's only strip club. But since Bare Essence doesn't serve alcohol -- it bills itself as a "juice bar" -- the age requirement seemed unfair and unconstitutional to the owners. Can the City legislate these types of businesses out of the city?
