How Does A City Develop A Brand?

24 December 2005 - 7:00am

Smart City Radio investigates why the branding of cities is so often done so poorly,

That's a question Smart City Radio show host Carol Coletta asks Paul O'Connor, who has an enviable record of branding Chicago for the world market. He is founding executive director of World Business Chicago, and he'll tell us about his branding experience and how to avoid common mistakes. And since the ability to brand a city depends on the reality the city delivers, Carol Coletta also talks with Jeff Perlman, Mayor of Delray Beach, Florida, who has led the revitalization of that city.
