In this Idaho college town, they can't build downtown condos for the mature market fast enough.
Forbes publisher, Rich Karlgaard hyped Boise's perks. Now developers are catching on, too.
"Developer Dave Southers said he couldn't help noticing that most Downtown condo projects are selling out "in nothing flat" before construction has even begun...That's making Southers eager to begin marketing his project, The Metropolitan, a 230,000-square-foot mix of retail and 90 condo units. The massive structure will take up an entire city block..."
