'Absent-Urbanism' And Urbanism Awards

"I am awarding the first-ever "Absent-Urbanism Award" to the Denver City Council...for approving three ordinances that make it illegal and punishable to be poor or homeless...People make place. Cities are about people and place - the public realm."
