New Mixed-Development To Break Ground In Phoenix

Dubbed the latest place to 'see and be seen' in Phoenix, the city within a city development is expected to start construction in 2007.
"condominium towers, single-family homes, a resort and golf courses will round out the mix at Palisene, formerly known as Paradise Ridge. The development stretches from Loop 101 to Pinnacle Peak Road, between Scottsdale Road and 64th Street.
Plans are most firm for Westcor's 72-acre regional, outdoor shopping center, which will include 1 million square feet of high-end retail and restaurants."
