The privately-owned, "Bricktown" historic block is purchased by a local custom home builder for $10.9 million.
"As a custom builder of upscale homes, Moore could be expected to have housing as a prominent feature in his plans for the property that Sperry Van Ness in Oklahoma City and New Orleans-based Gilmore Auction & Realty Co. dubbed 'Bricktown Square.' The property includes 197,923 square feet of space in seven masonry warehouse buildings, a pay parking lot and a walkway."
