New Urbanists To Develop Plan For Ann Arbor Downtown

Calthorpe Associates has been hired to develop an updated downtown plan for one of the USA's quintessential college towns.

Faced with an outdated master plan, increased downtown development and population growth, the city of Ann Arbor is calling on one of the top New Urbanist firms to provide the town with direction that reflects the realities it faces. Ann Arbor's current master plan has not received a comprehensive update since 1988.
