Planned Community Expansion Hotly Debated in Idaho

Expansion of greenfield development in rural parts of Ada County, Idaho, is cause for concern among some public sector policymakers like Boise's Mayor David Bieter.
"Eight new mini-cities are proposed or on the drawing board around Eagle and Boise as national and local developers eye rural Ada County's sagebrush sea, fresh air and quiet locales as the ideal place for planned communities."
