Living in Prospect: 10 Years of New Urbanism

Prospect, CO, a community with a "daring palette", completes a decade into its test of New Urbanism.
"Welcome to a little experiment in living, where houses are painted like carousel horses, the park provides biodegradable dog-poop pickup bags, and streets bear curious names like Neon Forest Circle, Tenacity Drive and Tempting Way. Ten years after its conception, Colorado's first new urbanism community is going strong, even if there are a few speed bumps in the road."
