Growth debate in Idaho centers on property taxes, impact fees and possibly new legislation.
"All over the Treasure Valley and the rest of Idaho, subdivisions with home counts numbering in the hundreds or even thousands are proposed and discussed at planning and zoning meetings every month." Communities and school districts are trying to play catch up as well as deciding who pays for the growth."
