Revitalization efforts in downtown Phoenix receive a huge boost with plans for a $200 million mixed-used development in the heart of downtown. [Includes photos.]
"The project will bring high-rise condominiums, office and academic space to Copper Square and will be located on one square city block bordered by Central Avenue, Polk, First and Van Buren streets."
