As cities grow and age, code-enforcement gains importance.
As Orange County cities grow more crowded and building age, code-enforcement becomes critical. Today code enforcement is a growing profession with a national organization and regional conferences. "Code enforcers monitor everything from overcrowded houses and illegal construction to oversize business signs and junk left on the streets. Any physical structure or business practice that violates the municipal code is fair game."
