Telecom Hotels: Dead Zone?

Telecom hotels in downtown Sacramento are turning out to be a mixed blessing.
Who ever thought the day would come when planners were worried about too many hotels in downtown Sacramento? That moment has arrived, but the hotels about which the planners fret are of an exotic sort: not the kind where weary tourists and well-potted conventioneers lay their heads, but "telecom hotels," buildings where telecommunications companies deploy their switches and servers.
