New OC Toll Road

The Orange County Transportation Authority is divided on the new toll road issue. Opponents cite environmental issues.
Citizens and officials are rallying against a new toll road in OC which would run through Santa Ana. Proponents say that it would reduce local freeway congestion by 10 to 15%. Opponents say that the current OC toll road is underused and that the new road would threaten the Santa Ana River.
