Rhode Island's New Planner

Kevin M. Flynn is named to lead Rhode Island's Planning Division.
"As Cranston's Director of Planning for the past 20 years, Flynn served on the State Planning Council and the state Housing Resources Commission. In addition, he served many years as President of the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Planning Association, and he taught as an adjunct faculty member in URI's Department of Community Planning where he received a Masters degree in Community Planning."
