Dumb Growth Award?

Should landscape architects give out "awards" for bad development as a way of highlighting sprawl?

The editor of Landscape Architecture magazine suggests that landscape architects institute an annual "Dumb Growth Award" to highlight the worst instances of bad development and sprawl and to spark debate about Smart Growth and exemplary land use.
