Amid the city's development boom, residents and local groups in one neighborhood wrangle with developers, the city and each other.
New upscale commercial and residential developments are planned or under construction in the Brewerytown area of North Philadelphia. Some residents hope to shape neighborhood change, while others intend to stop it.
"Several large townhouse developments are luring middle-class residents and trendy shops to long-depressed Brewerytown. But not everyone is toasting the change. "
