10 August 2005 - 6:00am
Pennsylvania's new BluePrint Communities program gives community groups the resources to manage redevelopment.
In a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania "will provide technical assistance, financial training, planning support and grants for community groups to develop a network of residential businesses and social services."
