Prague's Plan To Fix Its Historic Center

Wenceslas Square, the historic center of Prague, has fallen prey to criminals and disrepair, but plans are underway to reclaim the area.

Vladimír Vihan, mayor of Prague 1, hopes the facelift will be completed by 2011 but admits it may take longer."
