Idaho's Housing Values Expected To Rise

Idaho's housing boom is expected to survive the end of the so-called housing bubble.
"The reason is that despite the fact that housing values have been appreciating at double-digit rates in Idaho, the price of a home remains well below U.S. markets on both coasts and in the Southwest where housing prices are rising at rates as high as 30 percent a year."
