Developing The Last Of Colorado's Private Land

Colorado state's demographer, Jim Westkott, offers his analysis of development pressures shaping the state.
"In a prediction that underscores Colorado's rapid population growth, the state's demographer said Tuesday that he expects all private land in the Colorado Rockies to be developed in the next few decades... Over six resort counties will more than triple in size, according to Jim Westkott."
