An innovative 'video magazine' profiles Lockhart Steele, a real estate blogger from New York.

"Like all of New York, the Lower East Side is changing. Upscale boutiques and nightclubs vie for space with flophouses and garment stores. When a trendy 17-story hotel, the Hotel on Rivington, sprouted up across the street from Lockhart Steele's apartment, he chronicled the metamorphosis posting blog notes for friends. Today his blog, CURBED.COM, is one of New York City's hottest, covering the entire city with irreverent wit and verve."
