Bay Area air quality officials say San Jose's proposed Coyote Valley power plant complies with air-pollution regulations.
The level of emissions from San Jose's proposed Coyote Valley power plant is too high say critics. But Bay Area air quality officials cleared the power plant saying that it complies with air-pollution regulations."But critics argue that power needs can be met through projects elsewhere, including improvements planned for the Moss Landingplant on Monterey Bay."
