Curtis Park in northeast Denver is undergoing a $65 million renovation that will bring 500 new homes to a five-block neighborhood where the average income for renters had been a mere $5,000 per year. The plan will provide Denver's first affordable housing integrated with market-rate single-family homes and luxury apartments in the same development.
