U.S. architects and planners will help develop a masster plan for Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.

Colorado-based OZ Architecture is leading a team working with Rwanda President Paul Kagame on a proposed master plan for a new, modern city center and airport. The first phase involves improvements and expansion to Kigali's King Faisal Hospital, which will also become the central facility for training physicians in Rwanda.
