Who said urban planning isn't a contact sport?

"Two members of the Town Plan and Zoning Commission were arrested after a fistfight in a parking lot Tuesday. The fight followed a heated verbal exchange that erupted after years of contention over local issues... the fracas in the parking lot at Town Hall Tuesday night started after a zoning meeting."
